Anterior Abdominal Wall Blocks as A Source of Information in A Social Media Network

Objectives: Although YouTube is widely used as a source of information, there no regulation to analyze the quality videos. The aim our study evaluate and content videos about Anterior Abdominal Wall Blocks on YouTube. 
 Methods: On YouTube, website, search was made between May 01-31, 2020 using keywords "anterior abdominal wall blocks", "rectus sheath block", "ilioinguinal/iliohipogastric nerve "transversus abdominis plan (TAP) block". An evaluation understandability performed Suitability Assessment Materials (SAM) test for first 100 video materials. Educational in each assessed by presence/absence 11 factors. These factors were determined based reference book subject Clinical Anesthesia (18). User engagement metrics recorded follows: 1) number views, 2) likes, 3) dislikes, 4) comments.
 Results: When evaluated score, 58 (58%) ‘insufficient' group, 25 (25%) 'sufficient' group 17 (17%) 'superior' group. There weak positive correlation SAM score comments. strong duration. medical contents examined, it found that sufficient information given terms type approach, demonstration dermatomes anatomical landmarks, but highly insufficient monitoring, sterilization needle/catheter use. Conclusion: We think an institutional assessment system provides assurance both patients healthcare personnel should be established Youtube.
